If you are unhappy about this, then chances are there are many other people who are also unhappy about the same thing. Search for ways that others have fixed the same or a similar problem. Use their information to help support your reasoning as to why we need this change. A well researched arguement can mean the difference between getting what you want and being ignored by those who can implement the changes. All of your information will be shared with your group on your groups Wikipage and its discussion board.
